As a first-time mom I tend to be overly concerned when it comes to anything about my baby. I noticed in her first few months she had these rough red patches on her arms and neck. Turns out it was eczema, which I hear can be common in babies.
I’ve always been very careful with which products I use on myself and now on my baby. When it comes to bath time, I look for clean ingredients.
Shampoo AND Conditioner
Am I the only person who didn’t know you can use conditioner on babies? Please say no. I started incorporating conditioner in my baby’s hair washing routine and it made a HUGE difference! I swear it’s what eliminated her dry flaky scalp and her hair is now super shiny and soft. We love the Honest Co. shampoo and Honest Co. conditioner.
Scalp Brush
Talk about a game changing product! Using this scalp brush helped to exfoliate the dry flakes from her scalp and allow the moisturizing ingredients to do their job. I’m pretty sure it feels great because she is so calm when we do this part of her hair washing routine.

Eczema/Sensitive Skin Body Wash
I look for eczema specific products because they are formulated for this specific issue. I’ve tried several brands, but the Honest Co. Soothing Body Wash and Eucerin Baby Wash have worked the best for us.
Bamboo Towel
Don’t you love when something is functional AND cute?! This towel was gifted to us by the sweetest business mama, and I am so so thankful she reached out! This towel is the softest thing I’ve ever felt. It’s made of organic bamboo, hypo-allergenic, and the hood comes in a variety of cute animal faces (we love the kitty cat).

Our other fave bath time products:
- Bath tub mat
- Farm animal bath toys
- Ocean bath toys
- Rubber duck (tells you when the temp is too hot!)
- Water rinser (perfect for rinsing hair)
- Super soft organic wash clothes
